Frankly I weep for the people who are forced to use windows for dev work.
* AzureLinux 4.0 - now based on Fedore CoreOS (Immutable OSTree)
* many M$- and Azure-isms
* default Linux OS on Azure with deep integration into Azure Infrastructure (Entra, etc etc)
* pitched default OS for WSL2
* base for "real Containers" under WSL2
* bringing rust-based "coreutils" package to windows console.
