Notes article was written by Lloyd Burr who as of last week had no idea that intelligence agencies sourced funding from drug-running.

In fairness he isn't old enough to remember the Iran-Contra scandal which saw Colonel Oliver North thrown in jail. The same Oliver North that has been recently fluttering around Trump's coat-tails.
