Got sizing kit for #Ouraring as upgrading to 5. Tried the 8 on; same as I wear in the model 3. Felt a little big. Tried the 7 on definitely too small. So not going with up or down in size. So if you are in a rush just order the same size as in your previous model. Especially going from model 3 to 5.
