Nomdeb@jeridansky @cafechatnoir I'm remembering now, the massive scaffolding when they had to repair the national monument in 2011 after the earthquake we had. I'm pretty sure they had some covering on it, and maybe some of that is for safety?
Possibly, but if the letters are down, then the scaffolding can come down too, and they had all day to do it, unless they're waiting until Monday, but honestly, just rip the band-aid off and be done with it.
