I have seen this sticker in so many places, this time the town of Ronda, in Spain.

Edit: typo (I wrote Rota instead of Ronda, which is another place in Spain I went once, near Cadiz)

@hpod16 Dort war ich nicht ☺️ SO schön
@hpod16 I'm born in Baden-Württemberg, living in France, and sorry, this sticker always gives me quite arrogant vibes. If someone would leave it here, I would ask: is the situation in your region as bad as the spelling that you cry for more tourists coming? 😉😆
Have a nice time!
@NatureMC
I think the point is that it’s sarcastic/ironic/tounge-in-cheek, but I get how it could come across as arrogant
I haven’t really been to Baden-Württenberg.
Is there anywhere cute you could recommend visiting? I like adorable towns and lakes you can swim in
@hpod16 You know, most natives of Baden-Württemberg only made jokes about the worst image campaign when that PR company invented "The Länd". It's not our kind of irony. 😉
And yes, I recommend it as Dreiecksland with Alsace and Suisse for culinary joy, climate (rather warm) and quite different landscapes. For the lakes, we have the small artificial 'Baggerseen' along the Rhine (have a very strong mosquito repellent) or the big Bodensee. You have vast forests/mountains like the Black Forest.
@hpod16 And a lot of nice towns with culture and different atmospheres (I don't know where to begin), like Baden-Baden (Italian feeling and very green), Tübingen (students and half-timbered houses), Heidelberg with the famous castle, Stuttgart (museums and famous construction sites) ... and so many beautiful small towns in landscapes like the Kraichgau, the Alb ...
@hpod16 @NatureMC I am living near the so called "Albtrauf" (the "Swabian Alb ridge") which is quite beautiful in many places (I took the picture attached on my way home from work).
I always have to smile when I see these stickers. Baden Württemberg can be very beautiful, but as everyone knows there are places even nicer 😉 - and near many of them you can see this sticker.
@hpod16 Do you mean Ronda? Rota is where the US navy base is.
@hpod16 Alzó, Andalusia is so Schön, no one can deny that.
@aurochs OMG my bad! I did mean Ronda!
I did also go to Rota once for the Young European Socialist Summer camp (when I was much younger), I must have mixed them up in my head!
@hpod16 It's really ok :-).
Ladt time I went to Ronda it was ver y pretty. I really like the interior of Málaga province.
@hpod16 Never been to Ronda, but if that’s it in the second pic, it is extraordinarily reminiscent of Meteora in Greece.
