Tim McCormack@my_roxbury The Amazon delivery drivers are probably "independent contractors" who have the option to rent an Amazon-owned truck (and are on the hook for fuel and any damages), or can instead supply their own vehicle.
@my_roxbury I'm just guessing, mind you. But it's the kind of thing Amazon *would* do, and I've heard of similar for some other company. (Can't remember the details.)
