Home for the next three months! We'd prepared to be purifying our water and solar-ing up our own power, but the cabin actually has solar panels on its roof and disease-free water (albeit from a pump in the back yard). We're responsible for a 10-mile stretch of territory up and down the river. #montana

I am curious if this is the same Rock Creek where a big mine was proposed? The mine was delayed because endangered species grizzly bears live there. If you learn something about the mine, I'd love to hear it.
@[email protected] Ooh, I hadn't heard about that one – no, that appears to be the Rock Creek in the Kootenai National Forest, about 200 miles northwest of here. Neat though, I'll need to read more about that one.
