The World Cup starts in 4 days. I would advise against coming to the USA to watch the matches. The cost of tickets is way too high. It would be safer & cheaper to stay home or go to your local pub to watch the games. No ICE asshole harassment.

I cannot fathom anyone ever willingly wanting to visit the USA at all... let alone for something like this.

It boggles the mind that people can so easily and willing ignore the fascism that's taken root in that country... It's a dead country, it's in the final throws of it's empire.

@Anomnomnomaly @copter_chief those I know who have been to the USA recently from here in the UK have only done so to visit close family (though often with some added touristy stuff as well).

@Anomnomnomaly @copter_chief I also don't understand. However, I do understand that the fascist propeganda machine is humming along and consolidating itself as good journalists are forced out of the industry. It's sad. I agree, don't visit the US until we can get a handle on this. #midterms #vote
