So I am applying for jobs and there is this company i stumbled upon…in their job application they literally ask you for your grades in school. They require you have a Bachelors degree btw. So what the fuck? And they also require you to justify why your grades are low if they are low. Bitch I am in my mid 20s with a degree, why tf my school grades matter? Fucking idiots.

They’re not asking for high school grades, unless you’re mistakenly applying for a scolarship or some kind of internship program, not a job.

Some job applications ask for GPA from your degree. I just leave it blank. It’s really only expected to be included if you’re a new graduate with little or no relevant work experience on your resume to show.
