@Fabirucho you can always use a snorkel. Otherwise ensure you are breathing out under water so then you can breathe in with the time you have on the rotation. Pacing is important. You also need to work out if you are going to intake on the same side or bilateral breathing/alternative sides. It will depend how often you feel you need to take a breath. Maybe just practice the breathing with a kickboard until you get comfortable and in a rhythm.
