The living room is the heart-of-the-home, but what happens when people leave and never come back. Dust collects, wallpaper peels and even ceiling collapse. No two are the same; they are as unique as the people who once lived there. Which one of these calls out to you, catches your eye and sparks curiosity?

@ObsidianUrbex they all have this backroom surreal quasi ghost liminal flair. they all work, but the top right is the one that invokes most feelings.

@tomtrottel The lighting gives it kind of a... timeless glow, doesn't it?

The bottom right one looks to me to hardly be deserted. Like, just have a seat, they'll be back momentarily.

@ObsidianUrbex

@ObsidianUrbex There's a common feature in all of them. All the armchairs resisted to time, even with a ceiling falling down.
@ObsidianUrbex The missing ceiling in the first one puts me in mind of the end of the film Delicatessen. Fewer bathroom fittings upstairs, though.
what an amazing location and love your username btw!
@ObsidianUrbex I love the blue room with its deep window seat but wallpapering the ceiling 😳

@ObsidianUrbex

I really like the furniture and overall vibe of the second one. It looks less abandoned and more like it's just in waiting for its people to come back.

@ObsidianUrbex 2 & 3 would be my favourites. 😊
