Getting a little frustrated with individual initiative in #dccrpg - anyone had success shifting over to side-based?
@Mr_Stag My approach is to have players each roll initiative, with Judge making one roll for the opposing side. Then divide the round into three: Players who rolled higher than the opponents go first, then the opponents act, then anyone who rolled lower acts.
I don't consider the exact order of initiative rolls to be important, all that matters is who acts before the opponents and who acts after.
