Trying to be a progressive advocate is exhausting because every day there's something new to get up in arms about, and we only have so many arms and have to fight upstream against disinfo trying to tell us to shut up about it.

Here's how I imagine it working... 🧵

- list and categorize political issues into major overarching stories (environment, human rights, affordability, healthcare, education, etc). You can follow categories you want

- Show what level of government is responsible, what bills or petitions are involved, who's personally accountable, what groups are leading the charge and what calls to action are currently happening in your area.

- Update with a timeline for progress, news and coverage, side-by-side talking points so you can understand and counter pushback

Hell you can gamify it with badges for participating in campaigns, and have admin portals for advocacy groups to manage their issues and events. I get so many emails that are just "here's something that sucks! Give us money to do something about it!" My dudes I'm a ready willing vessel for this energy, let's fucking ACTUALLY do something with it.
