I could have told you that. Small Technology Foundation has received exactly €0 is EU support over the six years I’ve been working on the Small Web.
I don’t expect that to change. Maybe after it launches and if people start using it and everything is said and done and the struggle to survive is over they’ll offer to throw a few pennies our way in a bid to seem relevant.

- SAP/Delos and
- "We need a European DOGE" Telekom and
- Lidl (Schwarz Group) and
- "W social" with their fascist dogwhistle "Make Europe Great Again"
- even some "European Palantir"
The owner of Lidl, Dieter Schwarz, is the richest billionaire in Germany.
The Telekom CEO, Tim Höttges, is a MAGA fascist.
SAP collaborates with OpenAI to bring "AI" to administrations. SAP's subsidiary Delos is meant to provide a cloud environment to be able to continue using Microsoft services because Microsoft products don't run locally anymore, only in a cloud environment.
This is what they mean by "European sovereignty".
