I've been prescribed Finasteride which seems to have an interesting selection of potential side effects (I really shouldn't look at the BNF)
Dodo@MikeFromLFE oh, be careful with Tamsolusin as well. My father got his eyesight distroyed with that. Nobody told us before, but when I was at hospital with him after we realized he was nearly blind, one of the doctors told me that Tamsolusin taken over years is known for that.

The Tamsulosin has probably been the cause of extreme fatigue.
It didn't help with the symptoms of my enlarged prostate.
This new stuff has different side effects, but I'll give it a few months
