🇪🇺🇨🇳 POLITICO: EU plans to "hit" with sanctions against Chinese companies that help the Russian army. The EU External Action Service proposes to add four Chinese companies to the sanctions list. In addition to Chinese firms, sanctions may affect five companies from the UAE, three from Turkey and one from Azerbaijan. All of them, according to the document, facilitate Russian shipping and the sale of energy resources. The decision is planned to be made on June 15 at a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Luxembourg - in the format of a "mini-package".
