3 scenarios for 25 years out:

1. inertial: "American and Chinese hegemony"
2. bad: Russia loses the war and is "colonized"
3. good: "ideological war" victory, nukes are used for some reason, Kyiv/ Odesa/ Kharkiv/ "and so on" annexed, and... the #EU disintegrates I guess just for funsies

@benroyce Well, "#EU disintegrates" was why Putin bought #brexshit. It hasn't worked yet, and it might not work in his lifetime, but there are probably some in Russia playing it as a long game.
