@bubbajet @lisamelton I mean the problem there is that the law is SUPER CLEAR on what the name is, and where the name goes (building, stationary, etc) that there more or less is no grounds to rule for him.

Now, will that stop Roberts? I dunno. But he is obviously concerned with a legitimacy crisis for SCOTUS or he wouldn't be scolding us for calling SCOTUS illegitimate once every 4 months. Is this the hill Roberts is ready to write new law on? I doubt it.
