@WhombeX being in nature can make a huge different to your mental health. I really struggled with mine a few years ago and it was hiking that completely turned that around. Hope it helps you too.

@hike_australia I've been inspired watching people hiking across Tassie. Some of them (experienced people) bush bash, but I'd be very happy just on the marked Grade 2s!
