Healthcare organizations have embraced AI and are using AI agents to perform a range of functions, including handling IT support desk tickets, automating AI Agents are being extensively deployed in healthcare for performing IT and security functions, and while there are important benefits to be gained, there are considerable risks. If an AI agent disclosed admin credentials to an attacker, only 25% of healthcare IT professionals believe they would be able to fully recover.
