Moosomin First Nation boy crafts his own powwow regalia out of cardboard
Ryland Louis from Moosomin First Nation surprised his mom by making a head roach (usually made from porcupine hair) out of cardboard, as he wanted to dance powwow. Now people from the powwow community are showing him tons of support.
