A jury has made a factual determination that Carroll's testimony is reliable, and now the DOJ -based on no evidence it has disclosed - wants to convince another jury that the first jury was wrong. I sincerely hope that all the lawyers at the DOJ who allow themselves to work on this case get severely sanctioned by the courts.
