@In just under three weeks tie the Resident Doctors will be on strike again, unless the new Secretary of Health, James Murray can (re)build bridges.... oh wait a minute, the strike was called *after* RD representatives met him.
Oh well, perhaps he will busy himself in the next two weeks building those bridges.... oh no, hold on; he's also said he's unwilling to negotiate on pay.
So just more of the same stand-off then...
