Save Your Vision in 20 Seconds

Looking at a screen all day wrecks your eyes. The fix is simpler than you think.

Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. No screen. Just something far away. The American Optometric Association backs this up. It cuts eye strain and helps you stay sharp. (1/3)

How to do it:
- Set a 20-minute timer on your phone
- When it goes off, look at anything about 20 feet away
- Hold your focus there for a full 20 seconds
- Reset the timer and keep going

A couple of things that help:
Blue-light glasses make this work better. And don't peek at your phone during those 20 seconds. Real distance focus gives your eyes a true reset.

What you'll notice:
Less dry eyes, fewer headaches, better focus. And it barely breaks your flow. (2/3)
