@wila could be some unoptimized OS features (the phone seems to be a new release), known issues with a specific "Sleep Battery Optimization" setting (now disabled), or the OS learning usage patterns. Got another 10 days to return it if situation doesn't improves.

@wila yes, I was just pondering the fact that Android is perfect once you disable most of Google services :D
I'm at 26% battery right now, I unplugged it on Tuesday at 6:50AM last, when it was at 100%. It estimates the battery could run into Thursday 11AM if not charged meanwhile, which is quite decent.
I'm suspecting also that having my Tailscale VPN connection not running might be another contributing factor to battery longevity so far.

Don't need much google services, no assistant etc.. for me.
