Due to a mix of exhaustion and four years being a nice round number, I decided to stop there. So the music thread is over, and it is not coming back. I am done with it. What I'm listening to today: "Fuck Off Money", Mogwai (Alessandro Cortini rework)
The kings of a certain era of post-rock remixed by the guy who produced the synths on With Teeth in the 00s and triggered a Buchla revival in the 10s. This was released around the time Cortini started designing commercial synthesizers with Make Noise and I kinda suspect I hear the Strega in the mix here.
Smooth, calm, quirky, this song was the most comforting thing in my life in 2021-2022
