Harley#Github is great for projects owners and contributors but not so great for users to report bugs. Don't rely on issues being the only way to report bugs with your app. Have feedback buttons, automatic bug reports (like https://sentry.io), and a public email so users don't have to create a github account to tell you there is a problem!
This is not a promotion for sentry.io, I used to use their sdk in my own projects in the past :)
