Merging Tarot and UNO (Taruno? Unot?)
The idea is reading UNO cards as tarots, at least some of them. May be useful when UNO cards are the only cards available.
Numbers correspond to the numbered minor arcana, zero as 10 (or 0-indexed if one so wishes) ;
colors correspond to suits (red as wands, yellow as pentacles, green as cups, blue as swords) ;
UNO-specific cards (+2, +4, skip turn, change direction, change color) either keep their UNO meaning,
or mean respectively : reinforce 2x(meaning of the card), 4x(meaning of the card), don't use the meaning of the card, go in the opposite direction than the one suggested by the meaning of the card, change suit
