@CHSub hmmm. The cliff notes:
Train at least 2 times a week to maintain and slowly progress. Ideally 3 times a week if you can.
Build up. Try to hold your plugs 5 more minutes than your last time.
When you get to an hour with a plug, you are ready to move up.
Never force anything. Whilst you will need to stretch and push your body to take more, it should be a slow gentle push.
@CHSub when working a toy in and it's difficult, use the 10 count method.
Ease it up to the bite point, count to ten holding it where it's feeling uncomfortable, remove it and count to ten again.
You should be able to work it in a little more the next time.
And it should only ever feel *uncomfortable* at worst.
If it's *painful* stop. It should never be painful.
