HERE IS ONE SOLUTION TO CUT IT OFF:

@Tutanota This is a comment on the page you're linking to and not the image you attached.

There is a huge difference between de-Googling your general web use and your phone though, which I think needs more attention. I can't pay my bills or use a credit card for online purchases without a phone anymore, sadly. So the only option I have if I want to properly de-Google my phone is to switch to iOS. I'm not prepared to do that (yet) since I feel I'll just switch from one evil to another. So therefore I'm currently using GrapheneOS since that at least limits my exposure to Google somewhat while still working with the requirements ALL banks in my country set in regards to identification. These are the only possible alternatives for A LOT of people. And the EU do not seem to care to do something about that whatsoever, they rather seem to work towards making us all even more locked in to iOS and Google Play Services.

microG is a small and shaky bandaid that solidifies your dependency of Google way more than GrapheneOS in itself does with a one-time purchase of hardware (how you even can call the use of microG 'de-Googling' is baffling to me), and only works with banking apps in a _very few_ select countries, for now. For a lot of countries it's a complete non-starter.

I'm sorry, but you need to do more research for these "guides", or specifically mention that you're only targeting your German audience, where I guess things work differently?

If you want to properly deGoogle your phone, you need to use iOS. That's already the reality in plenty of European countries today. And it sucks. We're not doing anyone any favours pretending any of these other ones are a truly viable solution _if deGoogling is your actual goal_. They COULD BE one day, provided that the EU starts caring and thinking about the right things. So _that's_ where we should focus our energy, and stop pretending.

@seq @Tutanota and whats the point to switch from google to apple? nothing...same sh*t
