A brief author's note here: This haiku came about at 7:59pm my time as we were going on air at 8pm and @screwlisp suggested I'd not written a Climate haiku this week that he could use on the show, so he was going to read this headline in lieu of that: https://mstdn.ca/@avilewis/116616160403687120
He said "... unless you were to write something before we go on the air." So this was admittedly rushed, but intended to make up for its clumsiness by being topical.
