Ah, correction. It's a Mountain Boomer, not an Iguana. Oklahoma State Lizard. That makes a little more sense.

@blogoklahoma The only place I’ve ever seen a Mountain Boomer was at my in-laws’ former place outside Sayre, so regionally, that makes sense to me.
