does anybody happen to know if the results of the #europeana Linked Data Task Force have been published somewhere?

This page here https://pro.europeana.eu/index.php/project/linked-data-task-force states that "apaper detailing the proof of concept was prepared and shared". I've tried to dig this up, but to no avail.
