Also making the article part of a name gives weird feels when in a different language and in other grammar cases.
It's just feels wrong if you speak that language.
Nothing is straight here. I should have measured but I didn't so.....
Overhang: 28 vs 44cm
I generally use scraps of wood to report measures to the various sides of a project.
They are not as accurate as "Jo Blocks", but for #woodworking a ±0,50 mm precision is acceptable, and scraps are thousands of times cheaper than good blocks.
@PalmAndNeedle Yeah, i clearly after realizing measured the whole shed through - should have done that before.
The post on the right side is further back as its the side with the door, the post is halfing the length of the wall left over after the door so it makes sense.
the main question is - do i want the end of the boards to be square to the room or parallel to the beam and i guess i still have to make up my mind over this.
I am somewhat confident that i can cut this straight to whatever decision i make i was just surprised the posts are not at the same point.
On the left side i realized the posts also don't seperate the room equally btw.
The "window field" and the "middle field" is 1,30m, the rear one 1,45m - Making all of them 1,35 would have been an option. That would also have rediced the difference to the right side.
Anyway. I Think i will still plane the boards that go on top of the beams as at the moment they only lay on there.
Decisions decisions.
@mcfly For solving this problem, you definitely need the magic square!
