It's said that the best camera is the one you have with you and in this case the camera was capable but all I had was a 50mm/1.2 lens. The local pelicans were hungry this day, and I was lucky to get a shot of one almost hitting the water. (Hitting, by the way, is right - they're very clumsy to watch.) I had just enough reach to be able to crop to this photo.
