24.04 Ubuntu restarts. Randomly external displays stop working. Flickering. Pointer and keyboards will stop working

I am at a complete loss at this point in time. No matter what I do, upgrading to 26.04 was a mistake. Had nothing but gui issues (using a gtx 1660 ti), apps weren't working. So I went back to 24.04.
