EllenIn EdmontonI spent Sunday in Red Deer, watching the grandkids compete at Candance. They were clearly having a fabulous time and doing extremely well. Both of them were selected to train and compete nationally this summer, which requires a fundraising burst.
Sunday-Tuesday were spent at the fabulous Shunda Creek Hostel in Nordegg, always full of amazing humans. It's cool and damp out, but still a lovely place to be. Visited the museum, Fish Lake, and ate blueberry-mango pie.
