Seth the braveI was open about being autistic and this person seems to be educated on Autism but it also worries me that they may not give me a job because they feel there be too much effort to help me and be understanding.
It's important to note that just because we have challenges doesn't mean we shouldn't work. Companies need to be understanding and try to accommodate us but many just don't want to.
I definitely feel I'm being tested....
