Their products themselves are becoming more and more irrelevant because of those same agents. Eventually almost everyone loses except a handful of providers that lock everyone into their ecosystems and end up controlling everything.
The temporary winners were the people and companies that jumped in super early, before AI became mainstream. But over time everyone gets the same superpowers, and once everyone has them, they stop being advantages and just become the baseline everyone is expected to have.
