@brettm “if that use might reasonably be expected to make a member of the public feel menaced, harassed or offended”… yes; it is utterly nuts. The kind of menacing, harassing and offending they are talking about was ALREADY illegal.

It achieves literally nothing good; it’s the kind of stupid law that’s main effect is it teaches everyone that laws can be utterly stupid.
