NSW Govt report (archived) said by 2014 NSW/ACT had lost 216,000 homes to commercial Airbnb-type short-term holiday rentals. Where's the transparency that Government Authorities ARE acting to enforce residential zoning + support homes for long-term occupants? #Right2Housing #NeighboursNotStrangers
