Norcal Gma 2One of the grandkids came by this morning so I could run down to the Humboldt Botanical Garden. My son has a dogwood tree with a placque dedicated to his memory on the main trail. I try to get there, at least once a year, while it's blooming.
Sometimes it works out.
Like today.
His tree is gorgeous.
Much of the garden is in bloom.
The staff and volunteers do a fantastic job and are almost too friendly. It felt rude to rush away as the gate keeper was a talker.
I took bunches of pictures to share with my husband. The trail would be more than he can manage but he likes to see what I see.
