You're almost there - the entire genAI enterprise is founded on not getting consent. Creative people's works were strip-mined, without consent or real compensation (much less actual punitive judgments).

Furthermore, take a look at how many of these guys are implicated in CSAM, sexual abuse, rape,etc.
