@bloodravenlib 😁 In a past life I was a childrens' library assistant functioning as the defacto childrens' librarian, so Miffy was known.

@bloodravenlib Yeah, it was not an ideal situation, but locked in by VA state law for public libraries. To be ranked a librarian, you needed an MLS. This was not clear to me when I accepted the position. I do have an MS in Microbiology. They did not appreciate my comment when I eventually realized what had happened: I had to discover something to get my degree. Needless to say I eventually left.
