I've noticed that as well. My superficial knowledge of html comes from years-ago preretirement.

I use as a link: the url with #johnpavlovitz tacked on.

This should get us to the section coded:

But it's often a few lines off.

One day, I may learn how to fix it.
For now, it's easier to excuse it with a too early date of birth.
