Today is the 10th anniversary of my Consolation EP.

The title track of the EP is probably my most emotional recording. It's a fretless bass improvisation that involves the use of a looper, recorded in a single take, no edits. The piece simply flowed out of me in the week after an uncle had passed away.

Here is a fragment of the final section of the piece where you hear the evolution of dozens of loops playing over each other.
