If anyone from Apple is reading this: I hate that the Weather app in France displays a warning sign (instead of the current conditions) in the menu bar as soon as there's a yellow alert in effect.
Display the warning sign when we're on orange or red, sure. But yellow? That level is triggered as soon as it rains here, it doesn't warrant a warning sign displayed at all times in my menu bar 🥲
@nileane FWIW, there’s a similar issue where I am (TX, USA) because they issue an all-day alert whenever it might be *sunny* that’s just a PSA urging people to carpool because driving when it’s sunny produces more ozone. The alert isn’t even triggered by ozone levels, they just issue the same report verbatim almost every day and Apple classifies it as a “severe weather alert”
“Designed by Apple *for* California” might be a better slogan.
