So the first big issue with Mint Mobile in years has cropped up. I have a new phone. My old phone is gone, poof. My number is just sitting there non operational. But the only way these jokers can confirm me for my eSim card is to SMS ME.

So because I changed my email address #Mintmobile will not activate my new phone... for 30 days???

They just asked me for a call back number...

This is hilarious. I am not even mad, I am laughing so hard I cannot be angry!
Over 2 hours ago, Mint Mobile put a ticket in for me and I answered a bunch of questions. Said the ticket would take 2-4 hours. 2 hours later, I got a call asking the same questions as before from online only to be told 4-6 more hours... I'm dying of laughter
Is it bad if another Mint technician says "I am confused why they did this" a day later waiting for this activation?
So Mint Mobile just informed me that I am going without my phone for 30 days. LMAO 🤷‍♂️
Update. No longer with #MintMobile, I lost my number but got my money back, prorated. Other than that I have a mini tablet that has no phone service! LMAO I don't think they appreciate how much they screwed me over. Like Evan Stone/Katie Morgan type screwing screwed over!
