It felt funny to take a walk by myself but Summer isn't allowed at the Humboldt Bay Wildlife Refuge.
The parking lot was full but the trail was quiet.
Fresh air was just what I needed.
It was like somehow the greens were more intense than normal. So many shades.
All beautiful.
Literally just down the hill from our house.
I filled up the free pantry on my way.
