I'm obviously not serious, but the issue of scams and fraud are hitting older people in terrible ways and not much is being done about it.
We have activated every gambling addition in the country.
A more serious proposal is a list that people with issues with gambling could add themselves to that would block their cards from being processed by any gambling or prediction outfit.
You could get off the list by doing some forms and a waiting period.

@futurebird Yeah, but that would require entities who make money off exploiting people to stop exploiting the most easily exploited. We need to just make it legally indefensible to exploit people.
Gambling isn't real economic activity and should not be counted in GDP.
It creates no value.
